They have a trash fee on your bill so they can take your trash but THEIR own service wasn't taking it and we were getting charged for it. We had to start taking pictures of the trash every time we took it outside to show that it wasn't our fault. The manager was never in, we would leave work early to go talk to her but I guess her work hours are from 10-11am because that's the only time we didn't try to go. The apartments appear to be great...updated, roomy, etc. However, this is a rent controlled property with little to no security.
